Andrea started Grace Care Services to create a “Legacy of Care” in memory of her only son, Roman, who passed in 2017. He was a very caring and compassionate person, and she wanted to create something meaningful on his behalf. She has over 20+ years of experience working in the Caregiving Industry in various capacities for other agencies. Her education was in Organizational Leadership, and she also holds an Associate Certified Coach certification. Grace Care Services was founded in 2019 and has consistently been recognized as an “Employer of Choice.” Andrea is a TEDx speaker and has also served as an Executive Leadership Coach for the University of Southern Indiana for several years.

Andrea has been passionate about caring for seniors her entire life. This passion began at the age of 10, when she would ride her bike to the local nursing home to visit the residents. She would sing and play the piano for them, making the rounds to visit anyone who seemed lonely.

Andrea’s extensive background provided her with unique insight into what families need when looking for a caregiver. This experience became the catalyst for creating a home care agency that operates exceptionally. By blending her industry knowledge with a formal education in Organizational Leadership, Andrea has built Grace Care Services on a framework of operational excellence and a profound understanding of human connection.
